Yamaha Motor Europe is proud to announce a landmark partnership with Luna Rossa, becoming Official Supplier to the team for the 38th America’s Cup campaign.
Yamaha will EmPower Luna Rossa’s chase boats and Ribs, with the team’s primary AC75 support fleet using XTO 450hp V8 outboards with Yamaha’s Helm Master EX wireless control system, enabling advanced manoeuvrability, seamless control and enhanced operational precision for the team’s coaches and technical crew.
Yamaha will also EmPower two custom ribs with twin white 300hp V6 outboards with integrated Digital Electronic Steering (DES) and Helm Master EX joystick control.
With racing at the core of Yamaha’s DNA, this partnership strengthens the natural connection between Yamaha and elite competition where performance is proven not in theory, but on the water.
